Here's where I share business growth insights, tips,
and wisdom to help you propel your success.

[B.G.I.] Does it look like this?

Let me ask you.

Does your business look a bit like this:

Inconsistent focus.

Inconsistent offers.

Inconsistent marketing.

Inconsistent sales.

Inconsistent revenue.

Inconsistent ... well ... everything.

First of all, there's no shame in this, having crystal clear clarity and creating consistency in all those things up there isn't always easy.

I spent years fighting against consistency. Always looking for the next 'big' thing.

But as time went on, I knew i needed a repeatable system in my business and consistent action to create the predictable results, revenue and lifestyle I wanted.

So in this months newsletter I'm going to share:

  • The three symptoms of a struggling business and how to fix them.
  • A personal story about how learning to drive taught me a lot.
  • How you can get the clarity, confidence and direction you crave in your business, in the next four weeks.

It's a jam packed month so let's dive in ...

"Where there's a will, there's a way": Learning to drive taught me a lot...

I've realised I have a pattern when it comes to getting what i want...

When I look at the goals I’ve set in my life...the things I've set out to achieve, I’ve always approached them that little bit differently

Like when I set the goal to learn how to drive...

I was in my early 20s living in Stirling, Scotland and I decided it was time that I had put this goal off long enough. So I signed up for lessons and every week after work I’d have one with my instructor.

This went on for four, maybe six, weeks and I noticed I wasn’t really progressing, the lessons were becoming tedious, I was losing interest, I couldn’t see much progress and the goal of being able to actually drive seemed a loooong way off. I was really over this weekly process and ended up dreading every lesson which was now up to twice a week.

It was time to do things that l little bit differently!!

So I asked my instructor “for the average person how many lessons does it take for them...

When you feel like you are spinning your wheels in business, you can fix it — here's how...

Many times throughout our business journey, we lose clarity in the direction of our businesses.  In this weeks post, I'm going to break down the symptoms of a struggling business - highlighting what the real problems are, and how to fix them!

Symptom #1 – Not Making Any/Enough Money

This is the most common, most frustrating symptom of them all, and one that can be crippling emotionally and mentally, so let's nip it in the bud first!

Calling money into your business comes down to three things –

  1. Resolve your ability to receive money.  (Ask, Believe, Receive)
  2. Clarify the offers that call in your dream clients and/or create irresistible products that attract returning customers.
  3. Create consistency in your business strategy.

Re-write your money story. Any negativity around receiving money does not serve you anymore, so it's time to flip it.  I've just learnt...

Set For Success: 10 Ways To Set Yourself Up For Success In 2021

My suggestion... start this year very different to every other year; especially if you feel busy or overwhelmed already.

It can be easy just to pick up where you left off in 2020 and get buried in daily tasks, overthinking or worse overwhelm stagnation.  So this post is a gentle reminder to take the time you need to arm yourself for the year ahead.

This means stepping away from working ‘in’ your business and devoting even a small amount of time to working ‘on’ it.

You probably heard many times in 2020 that “we’re all in the same boat” well I’m here to say we’re not all in the same boat.  We’re all in the same body of water but some of us are in ships, some are in yachts, some are in canoes, some are holding onto other people’s boats (the employees) and some are treading water and just staying afloat.  [Thanks goes out to mindset mentor Susanne Evans for this analogy].

We are all in the same body of...
