Your ‘On Your Terms Companion Journal’ physical book will be shipped from the UK.  The estimated delivery time within the UK is between 4 - 10 days to arrive depending on where you’re located in the UK. For purchases outside of the UK shipping times could be longer.

If you’re not home at the time of delivery, don’t worry, as your local delivery driver should leave a card in your box informing you where it can be collected from. NB: In the unlikely event you don’t receive the book in the estimated time frame, feel free to contact us to request your tracking number and call your local post office to see where the delivery is at, as the post office only hold parcels for a certain time and additional delivery costs could be incurred if the book is unclaimed and returned to the sender.
